On September 30, the RA NA Standing Committee on Defense and Security moderated by Andranik Kocharyan at the sitting debated in the second reading and endorsed the draft law on Amending the RA Law on Compensation of the Damages Caused to the Servicemen’s Life and Health during the Defense of the Republic of Armenia authored by the NA deputy Gevorg Papoyan.

Certain items related to the compensation are specified by the initiative. The Government presented recommendations of technical character on the bill.

The debate of the draft law on Amending the RA Code on the Administrative Infringements authored by the deputy Mikayel Melkumyan was postponed by two-month term.
